- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return
- Items damaged through misuse or negligence are not eligible for return

- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 48 hours
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship using the method provided in our return instructions
- Refund issued within 5–10 business days of receiving the return
