Why the bear walks with a crutch

I'm Tom. A few years ago I hit the wall a lot of men hit somewhere in the middle. Nothing dramatic from the outside. Inside, flat. I said nothing for a long time, because that's what we do.

What pulled me back was ordinary: a corner of the house that was mine, an hour on a Thursday, two friends who asked a second time.

So this is a shop for that corner. It isn't a luxury, it's maintenance. Our bear carries a crutch and nobody asks him about it. Every one of us is limping a little.
