About this product
A vertical charcoal smoker for backyard barbecue cooks.
This vertical charcoal smoker has a porcelain-enameled chamber for rust resistance and easier cleaning. Its modular design converts to a charcoal grill, with adjustable latches on both sides.
Two adjustable cooking levels provide up to 15 inches of cooking height across a 17-inch diameter. A fully enameled water bowl helps stabilize temperature and add moisture while cooking.
Upper and lower dampers control airflow, and a silicone-sealed front door allows charcoal and water refills. The built-in lid thermometer displays Fahrenheit and Celsius; a sealed opening accommodates a meat probe, which is not included.
